1. How do I apply to become an authorized seller?
To start the process, please email partners@jhgadgets.com with your brand profile, trade license, and a digital copy of your product catalog. Our procurement team will review your application and contact you within 1–5 business days.

We primarily focus on:
Mobile & Tablet Accessories (Chargers, Cables, Cases).
Audio Equipment (Earbuds, Headphones, Bluetooth Speakers).

Does JH Gadgets charge a commission fee?
Our partnership models are flexible. We offer both commission-based sales for marketplace partners and bulk procurement for established distributors. Specific rates and terms will be discussed during the onboarding process based on the product category.
Who handles the shipping and delivery?
To maintain our high service standards, JH Gadgets manages the final-mile delivery. Sellers are responsible for ensuring products are delivered to our central sorting hub in Dhaka, or we can arrange a bulk pickup for larger inventories.
What are the requirements for product packaging?
All products must be in their original, sealed retail packaging. Since we prioritize "Human-Like" professional presentation, we also require high-resolution product images and technical specifications for our web team to create SEO-friendly listings.
How are returns and warranty claims handled for sellers?
We follow a strict 7-day return policy for customers. If a product is found to be defective, it will be returned to the seller for replacement or credit. For warranty claims, we coordinate between the customer and the seller/brand to ensure a smooth repair or replacement process.
