Awaiting Order Arrival
If your package arrives after a refund has already been processed, please contact our support team at support@jhgadgets.com. We can provide instructions on how to return the item or, if you’d like to keep it, we can assist you with a secure link to repay the original amount.
First, please check your tracking link for the latest status update. If the estimated delivery date has passed and there is no movement on the tracking, contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with the courier and ensure you receive your items or a full resolution.
For international shipments, customs clearance is a standard procedure that can sometimes cause delays. While we ensure all paperwork is accurate, any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your package is held, please contact your local customs office or reach out to us for any documentation you might need.
We strive for quick resolutions, but if a case is taking longer than expected, please request an Escalation. Our senior support team will review your file immediately. Alternatively, if you wish to cancel a pending dispute and opt for a different solution (like a store credit or replacement), just let us know.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:
Standard Shipping: Usually takes [1-3] business days.
Express Shipping: Usually takes [1-2] business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking ID as soon as your order leaves our warehouse so you can follow its journey in real-time.
Ordering & Payment
Please check the tracking status via the link sent to your email. If the tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 business days or has passed the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@jhgadgets.com. We will launch an immediate inquiry with the logistics partner to locate your package.
If the product arrives after a refund was issued, we appreciate your honesty in letting us know! You have two options:
Keep the item: Contact us, and we will send a secure link to re-process the payment.
Return the item: We will provide a prepaid shipping label so you can return the product to us at no extra cost.
We aim to resolve all disputes within 5–7 business days. If your case is taking longer, you can request an "Executive Escalation" by replying to your support ticket. We can often expedite the process by offering immediate store credit or a replacement shipment while the original investigation continues.
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days.
Outside Dhaka: 1–4 business days.
International: 7–14 business days (depending on the courier). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email containing your live tracking number.

While we provide all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth transition, any local import taxes or clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility. If customs requires additional information from the sender, please notify us immediately, and our team will provide the required paperwork.
